Autel built the camera around a 1-inch sensor and an intelligent “Moonlight” approach specifically intended to improve nighttime image quality and reduce noise. Its documentation also lists a Night mode with ISO extending to 48,000.
But for the overall package:

Daylight: The Battle Gets Much Closer
In bright daylight, the EVO Lite+'s adjustable aperture becomes much more useful.
If you're shooting a landscape at f/5.6 or f/8, you have substantial exposure control.

The camera battle gave the DJI Mini 5 Pro the advantage.

But a camera drone is never just a camera.
