Warranty Policy

At MidronePro, we are committed to providing high-quality drones and accessories. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process should a manufacturing defect occur.
Limited Warranty Coverage
MidronePro provides a 01-month limited warranty from the date of delivery on eligible products purchased directly from MidronePro.com.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in the drone or accessory.
- Electrical or mechanical failures not caused by misuse.
- Components that fail during normal operation due to manufacturing defects.
If a product is confirmed to be defective, MidronePro will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product,
- Replace the defective product with the same or an equivalent model, or
- Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by crashes, collisions, or accidents.
- Damage resulting from improper operation or failure to follow the user manual.
- Water, moisture, fire, or environmental damage unless the product is specifically rated for such conditions.
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Damage resulting from the use of non-approved batteries, chargers, or accessories.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Consumable items such as batteries, propellers, protective guards, or other parts subject to normal wear, unless defective upon arrival.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your product arrives damaged or does not function upon first use, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process a DOA claim, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the product and packaging.
- A short video demonstrating the problem (if applicable).
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:
- Contact our Customer Support team at sales@midronepro.com.

Include:
- Your order number.
- Product model.
- Description of the issue.
- Photos and/or video of the defect.
- Our technical team will review your claim and may request additional information for troubleshooting.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return.
Customers should not return products without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
If the warranty claim is approved due to a manufacturing defect:
- MidronePro may provide a prepaid return label where available or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
- Replacement shipping costs will generally be covered by MidronePro.
If inspection determines that the issue is not covered by the warranty, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any repair costs.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from MidronePro.com.
Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces, or resellers may not be eligible for warranty service through MidronePro.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MidronePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use its products, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, data, or personal property.
Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary depending on your country or jurisdiction.
