  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.

MidronePro ships to customers in over 200 countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations and courier restrictions.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund if necessary.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • Tracking information usually becomes available within 24–72 hours after shipment.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:
